Sky Plus HD box....
Anyway of gettin a one of these for nowt if a ring up?? mines keep friggn up and fancy one of them hd boxes insted of the normal ones la!!!

Only on a new installation will you get a new HD box, but with the HD turned off.
Ring up and complain, tell them you ain't paying the £55 or whatever the frig they charge these days and that you will cancel the lot if they don't fix it for free and they will send an engineer out with a replacement one. That's what they did with us last month when our Sky+ box finally packed up.

If it's a Sky+ box that you already have and you're still in contract they should replace it with a HD box but you'd need to pay to get the HD channels. It's worth it anyway just for the more space and the better EPG.
