Bottom line is that under Quinn we have a great owner (although MBH disagrees as he refuses to disclose his bank balance and what colour his underpants are), Walton and Milliband on board, a sell-out crowd for our next match in 9 days' time, we're 8th in the PL with a relatively easy run in, some of the best players most will have seen in a Sunderland shirt and are signing players from PSG, Inter Milan etc whilst keeping our financial situation very comfortable (with the help of Short).

We've rarely had it so good and the trivial shite that some are using to beat him with is embarrassing. The bloke has been a godsend. No matter how much shouting a disgruntled ex-employee does will not chance that in the eyes of anyone that matters.
I largely agree with your serious points. But Quinn doesn't think the crowd argument is trivial.

Are you yourself objective in relation to the bookflogger?

Absolutely. I don't agree with MBH on everything by any means.

Another sly dig at MBH's books I see.

Jealousy rears its ugly head again

It isn't trivial. I don't think he should have said 'despise' but for people to instantly forget all the good and get the hump big time is embarrassing.

Quinn's point and motive are spot on, his method could have been better.

Surely he can be forgiven for that?

All of this because of one word.

Actually I do forgive him. And I actually suspect he was been leaned on at the time.

But its fair to appraise his performance, just as it is the players.

The problem is that football clubs rarely if ever listen to their fans. Is football the only business that takes its customers for granted. I mean would Tesco blame shoppers for spending their money at Morrisons or would they look at themselves and how they could do more to attract customers?

Can people not disagree with the bloke and still think he's the best thing to happen to Sunderland?

I've not heard MBH or the radio or paid much attention to post but I've not seen anyone bearing a grudge after this. And that includes me.

    Can you not understand that?

No one, least of all me has forgotten the good he has done for the club. That doesnt mean that he doesnt make mistakes and shouldnt be reminded of them in a constructive manner.

He is the Chairman of SAFC and has to act accordingly. Indicating that you "despise" people is an horrendous PR mistake to make for a person in his position.

Comments construed as being against Quinn dont go down well, I'm fully aware of that, but it doesnt invalidate them and if the club dont know they are making mistakes then they wont be able to rectify them.
