Considering he only went for 16 off 6 overs and was bowling mid-innings, I don't think so no.

I agree it's a big blow if he has to come home, a much bigger loss than Pietersen going home as the replace wont be close to the same standard however.

In fairness in the mans game we looked a better and improved side without him in the Ashes but i dont expect that to be the same in the womens pyjama variety of the sport where he does excel.
