Why does anybody take Fergies comments seriously?

Fergie (and Wenger) are always full of shit whenever their players are involved in loutish behaviour.

If they do charge him they'll just send a video of his shinner the other week interspersed with 'Best Goal EVER!' to the FA, and they'll make him England Captain.

Will he get away with it as the referee saw (?) it and gave a free kick ?

He shouldn't cause it was disgraceful. Phelan's interview after the game on MOTD was pathetic as well.

That is a shit rule that gets the top players off the hook. It's funny how the FA can rescind cards, yet the ref has saw and dealt with those.

Horrible little scouse thug who happens to be able to play football. If he couldn't play football he would have been inside by now. Barton mark 2. He also has serious anger management issues.

I see Freguson has come out with the usual shite.Saying because it's Rooney they''ll want to hang and electrocute him and it was a nothing incident!
Why don't they just come out for once and say he was bang out of order and will have to accept any punishment that comes his way and the club is going to fine him 2 weeks wages for his indiscipline?
He fucking ran 20 yards and elbowed the player in the back of the head off the ball, how can they ignore it? The twats.
