    You will need:



    Onion,chillis,red curry paste,bamboo shoots,Cooked chicken,cheap noodles and coconut milk.

    Chop the onion and the chilli up and fry it up with the paste on the woodburner.

    Hoy the bamboo in then the coconut milk and some water.


    Hoy the noodles and the chicken in.




    Cover and simmer 30 minutes or summat on a wood burner, this parts very
    important for taste.


    Should be ready in a bit, all that for about a fiver, lush.

    the noodles you're using there mate, the cheap ones, any reason why you couldn't use a premium or middle of the road brand instead?
