    Default Editing my CV

to apply for a different job.

At the mo under my past job titles you have duties, role etc where you describe your responibilities and such aye? Well at the minute I have them bullet-pointed.

In this edit should I describe my current role and responsibilities in a paragraph? or stick with the bullet points?

    Bullet points.

Rather than 'responsibilities' can you say 'achievements'?

    E.g rather than say:

Responsible for the 1 minutes burger flip

    Say:

Achieved target of 99% burger flips at 1 minute

That's obviously a shit example but hopefully you know what I mean.

    - flip burgers every 15mins
    - empty the bin on the hour
    - etc

I was just told by my current employer my Cv was 'weak' cos i bullet-pointed even though it landed me this gig

I'm assuming by your avatar that you're ex forces? If so did you not do a resettlement course on this subject?

It's all done via stupid homo emails and websites these days with advisers that couldn't give a naff. I found myself a job 3 month after leaving without any help and about 5 weeks ago I got an email asking if I needed help looking for work.

I've been out a year and a half.

Honest to god! Don't care like I found work pretty quick but these days all recruits get (I think) a Public Service Cert or something from Catterick and I got mine through the post like 5 month ago about 3 and a half years after I done CIC.

Anyway, I'll stick with the bullet point

If you do fro the achievments you put down and improvments you've made.
    * You took the total number of burgers flipped in a shit from 15 to 25.
    * You decreased the amount of relish by 10% without anyone knowing making a cost saving to your employer.
    * You identified that a larger bin would take the same time to empty but wouldn't need emptying as often so you could scratch your arse for an extra 20 minutes.

Just put All four stars on name badge, sorted.

If your Ex forces, won't Bullet points be inappropriate? ;)
