    Pain in the arse like. Anyone else? Anyone got any good alternative remedies for getting rid? I usually use the whisky/crushed paracetomol/lemon juice/honey thing, but am open to suggestions. Me laptop screen looks like I've been swatting flies with it ffs.

    Thought I had a cold last thursday mate bad head nd stuff nd me legs were aching, woke up the next morning and it turns out it was the early signs of bronchitis thats going about, you want to hope you are not getting it as I have been in bed for the last few days it feels like death!

    I find that around five thousand mgs of vit c and 50 of zinc helps.

    Item on Radio2 this a.m. mentioned researchers linking zinc to a reduction of cold symptoms, if taken as soon as symptoms occur.

    Apparently too much of it could be dangerous though. Leaves a metallic taste in one's gob anarl.

    Usually works really well but I got a tattoo this week and hardly any sleep then on Sunday I got some eyelash extensions so for a couple of hours had a girl breathing over me. Woke up ill Monday. :(

    Oh yeah there is a cure for the common cold but it is Heroin so they keep that on the qt
