    hello all ,
    im looking to get myself a treadmill to get rid of some weight , does anyone know anywhere i can get a one local ?, it doesnt matter if its used or new

    don't waste money on one of them mate, you want to be pounding the pavement if you're looking to lose a few clem, after dark if needs be.

    Spot on, early morning or after dark if your really unfit and don't want to look like a tit. Also if you fall into the fat/unfit category, don't go out dressed looking like a jogger. Make yourself look like your late for an appointment or your just in a hurry to go somewhere, stay well away from the shorts and tracksuit top style. Then when your blowing out your arse holding yourself up by a lamppost people will think none the wiser.

    Check freecycle as well

    Otherwise, just buy a pair of trainers, and get running....

    Cheap ones are not worth the money. Good ones cost a fortune. The best one and the cheapest is the pavement.

    Me dads got a reebok treadmill from
    Argos a while back-£500 I think it was, half price. Pretty sure you got to pay a fair amount to get owt decent
