Been under before, weird stuff. Had us pretending I was playing bingo when I had no book, pen or nowt. I was trying too stop myself from doing it but couldnt

Get Derren Brown's book. He tells you how to do it in that. Not for me, though, always seems a bit unnerving, qualified medical therapists aside.

Seen a few hypnotists shows and always been sceptical. I have got up twice to be one of the volunteers and it never worked for me.
