Is he at Cardiff for the full season? How much would he cost if not? Does being an ex Mag matter?

Not a chance, Cardiff have him for the year and he's their captain, we'd have to pay them to release him and city a large amount too.
Plus he's always injured and hardly scored in the CCC this year.
