    Happens quite often. GM did it 2 or 3 times when I was working on their Service Desk.

    Nar, you can't get away with it, unless you have a family link to the Halfords name, or an existing buisness that is linked, the courts will instantly make you hand it over.

    I think there are trademark issues with it, if you buy that domain and someone owns the trademark, they can just take it off you. Could be wrong though.
