Default Central Heating info & stuff

I'm getting a new boiler fitted and wanting some info if possible as to what scale inhibitor to put into the system afterwards along with a Magnaclean filter or similar.

even better would be a local plumber or someone who works for a plumbing company who can supply them for cash in hand but cheaper than online etc. I don't want to powerflush as the system water seems pretty clean at the moment so I just want to offer a little protection to the new boiler and ay suggestions/info is appreciated

I've seen Sentinel X100 and can pick it up locally but does anyone have any brands/suggestions to offer?

    Sentinel X100 for £15.49

as I said, I'm also looking to get something like the MagnaClean filter fitted too. Anyone recommend the cheapest place apart from eBay to pick one up? Do the local DIY/plumbing places etc sell them?

I've seen it on website for £82 delivered
