Most deals are left now until the last week as clubs play brinkmanship, so why not just accept it and make the transfer window a single week?

At least it would stop us checking in here for weeks looking for any scraps of info.

agree completely. first week in january would be great while all the FA Cup is going on and doesnt seriously affect week to week games.
