Aside from stuff that finished filming years ago (Blackadder, Fawlty Towers etc) more recently: -
Family Guy Big Bang Theory Scrubs Have I Got News For You An Idiot Abroad Only Fools & Horses was ruined by them making more after the one where they became millionaires. They should have stopped at that one.
