Space Saving Stepper Fitness Machine
I'm getting fat. I hate running outside. I have little space to get a really large piece of equipment like a rower or a treadmill (unless others can point me to something tiny). Can anyone recommend one of those small stepper machines or something similarly effective and small?

These are working for me. 1 clem so far. 5 weeks. And the diet of course.

my lass has a reebok one just the size for your feet with elasticated bands for your hands that are connected to the stepper.

These are free (unless you need a pullup bar) & take up no space at all
100 Pressup Challenge 200 Situp Challenge 200 Squat Challenge 50 Pullup Challenge They are structured routines to take you from beginner level to doing the total in the title in 6-8 weeks depending on starting point.

Don't buy one.....you'll soon get bored with it and won't use it, therefore wasting your hard earned wonga. Running is free and you will eventually get to enjoying it. Trust me.
