    Default Ebay problem

At the start of october I bought some golf balls on ebay from a seller with very good feedback, I never received the golf balls, contacted the seller he apologised and said he'd send some more. These also never arrived. Contacted him again last week and he offered me a refund which he never put through. Now he's ignoring my messages completely

I've never had to dispute anything on ebay or paypal before so wasn't aware of the 45 day dispute limit.

Is there anything I can do to get my cash back?

Raise a dispute with Ebay, they'll sort it out.

I'd be pestering the life out of someone long before 45 days was up. 14 days maximum or it's dispute time.

It's not a fairway to do business, driving you nuts, putting you through hell, need to iron out the difficulties and get your wedge back. You've got balls and done right to flag it up and there's no holes in your argument, is that it to a tee?

I'm waiting for a lens that I won off ebay, which was "posted" 1st class last saturday. how long do you reckon I should give the seller before I need to start raising disputes? ...or should I not panic, on account of the bad weather? I'm new to this ebay lark!

If your two contacts with him were within the 45 day period then there should be no problem at all. Did you contact him via PM thru ebay?
