    Default Ferdinand's Distribution

I feel a bit of sympathy for Bruce as its pretty evident that its not him that has been pushing the CB's to hoof it long all his time here, they seem to just take it naturally as a defence mechanism (Ferdinand).

Its pretty obvious Ferdinand's composure is shite and to be honest I don't know, if we do have to play him, what I would rather he do - If he takes a touch I panic like fuck, if he hoofs it we lose the ball.

Amazingly its not even his passing with his feet that is bad, his heading is abysmal at times, no direction at all, not even when he isn't under pressure

He's fucking awful, I'd take a chance on Da Silva.

He was our weakness tonight. Very poor from him, definately missed Bramble. Really hope Mensah isnt gone too long, Da Silva maybe in for Wolves?

His hoof ball is so frustrating but when he tries to play it out of defence he's even worse.
It was an awful sloppy pass which gave possession to Everton for the first goal and we never won it back, would have happily seen him hoof it then.
It was one of his worst matches for us tonight.
What's the craic with constantly turning your back when you're trying to block something as well. Bloody big girls blouse.

The advantage of being ugly is that you can put your face in the way of the ball and it wont damage your looks, maybe someone should tell him.

What is with some of our idiotic fans obsession with 'ball playing' centre halves?
Outside the top five clubs how many clubs have two CB's that play the ball out of defence? We actually have two a our club, neither of who were fit tonight, but for fucks sake we're not Arsenal or Man U just yet. Some people need to get a reality check

Fucking hell Jarvis, Im not asking him to be Costercurta - There is a difference between being a 'ball playing centre half' and having a half decent ability to pass the ball 10 yards without giving it away.

I'm not suggesting he should be putting Bent through from 60 yards with raking balls but he should be able (At 40 odd grand a week) be able to pass the ball sensibly and with a bit of composure - His passing at times is worst the schoolboy - even his heading when no one is around him he will loft it up and aimlessly, he is clearly capable of directing a header to a player to have made it pro so how come he cant do it in a game???
