Why? Anyone could have told them that was going to be a farce, if they wanted to have a real fight they shouldn't have let Fraudley anywhere near a ring

I reckon if we could get a wire-tap we could uncover a great betting scandal here (just joking been watching you know what recently - not a bad idea though). Theres a decent amount of circumstancial evidence for a scam, just needs to be hardened up a bit.

why like? What the fuck were they expecting? If they wanted a competitive fight they should have left Harrison behind and selected a better opponent.

No scam. It suits Haye and the Klitschkos to spin out the showdown to see who's really the best for as long as possible. Haye needs an opponent in the meantime. Audley generates a bit of interest as an all-British fight, Haye gives an old mucker a payday. If he knocks him out in the opening round people will be furious, so he spins it out a bit. We wouldn't be talking about this if Audley thrown some punches but he didn't. Because he is shit and was probably bricking it that if he opened up to punch Haye would get him on the counter.

The rest is down to Haye's mouth working faster than his brain.

fellas there are strict rules in pro boxing to make sure the fighters put a show on for the crowd, that means the fighters have to at least try, which harrison didnt so his all or part of his purse will be kept

nowt to do with betting scams
