I hope so. His pace, artistry and goals would really gve us that extra something.
Steed still has a bit of mileage left in him but we're relying on him to unpick the 'lock' too much and when he was as subdued as he was against Blackburn, we floundered. I still maintain that it wasnt midfield artistry etc that we missed against Blackburn. It was an ability to put away at least 2 gilt edged chances. If bent had scored in the one on one Blackburn's arse would have fell out. They must be stoked coming away with a draw. |

I agree and have said a few times got a feeling he will be with us.
As from January it could be a midfield of Elmo..Hendo..Meyler..Catt s..Carlos with Riveros..Bola..Steed..Wel lbeck..Reid as back up also with Campbell coming back about Mar / April Not a bad midfield 5 at all that. Infact our strongest midfield ever

We definitely need some attacking flair as we are a bit too workmanlike at the moment, not entirely sure N'Zogbia would be the best player we could get to to provide that but he would improve our team.
