    Default Vespa or Lambretta

Probably going through a midlife crisis but I really fancy buying one for next summer. Saw a bloke a month or so back about 50 year old on a red and white Vespa. Looked fucking mint and when he started it up the sound was sweet as fuck, he looked at me and I just smiled. Think I have the bug. How much would I have to pay for something reliable and decent.

Vespas will always be way cooler than Lambrettas.
    It's an undeniable fact.

The Lambretta iirc has been discontinued so they might be a bit of a collectors item. My mate is a top notch paint sprayer and I would love a Sunderland themed scooter

I fancy a Vespa too after seeing them all over Italy in the summer but knowing me and my driving prowess, I'd end up in a ditch.

This. Vespa is a solid workhorse. Lambrettas look much better done up due to their internal symmetry but more problematic.
