flu
had it the last couple of days , feel like absolute shite, doctor says it will be minimum week before feel better
been sleeping most of the day, headaches, sore throat , coughing wheezing, feel weak , hitting me like a train any tips , other than RIP? |

vitamin c , about 1 gramme every 4 hours . preferebly the dissolveable type found in aldi/lidl stores. take with 2 paracetamols.
