All the Old Punks (new slippers and contacts)
Any of you old punks who haven't read Cider with Roadies by Stuart Maconie should give it a read. His section on discovering punk and the reaction of people in his home town (Wigan) to it certainly brought back memories for me

Loved the book.
Especially his account of being on tour/living with Napalm Death in a transit van across Europe. |
