Leon Knight

[The Situation]

Further to this thread a couple of months ago, Leon Knight is being his controversial self again, this time with his current club Rushden and Diamonds.

He wants his registration released so that he can join Darlington but the club want 30k in return. He was initially sacked by the club for disciplinary reasons and as punishment they said that they would not allow him to sign for anyone else until his contract expires (the end of 2011/12).

His Twitter at the moment contains some pretty libellous accusations aimed at Rushden and Diamonds and their board so I thought some people on here might be interested in keeping an eye on it for the evening.

some of the stuff i heard about what goes on is fucking scandalous.
Downright illegal and fucking morally wrong..

Just have a read through the twitter link, criminal shit being mentioned there like....

R&D gave me 2 slk mercs 2 black ones,then when they knew we weren't good enough to go up they ask for the cars back then reported them stolen, and they still have my 3k cartier watch in the side of the car and my 350 quid marc jacob glasses i might call the police on them

His mate and his dad apparently got arrested for 'stealing' the cars.

to be fair it sounds dodgy as fuck and how alarm bells werent ringing at the FA is unbeievable.
Clubs having to pay Rushden a fee when they sign the player as they retain his rights even though they sacked him.

he has a couple of team mates supporting him with that anarl., must be summit in it like if a few footballers are agreeing with him

Rushden gave him 2 cars as a sweetner to get them promoted...flash fucking cars
Mercedes slk's, when it looked like they werent getting promoted they asked for the cars back, he refused, they reported the cars stolen allegedly.
he was arrested....apparently his mate and dad were arrested in connection with these 'thefts' too
the official line was continuous serious breaches of contracts
