    Default Notebook or Laptop?

Looking for a decent deal for work. Are any of the mobile internet ones worth looking at? I am heading towards notebook currently purely for easier portability but still not sure.

Unless you're just going to browse the internet now and again I'd say go for the the laptop.

Laptop all the way for work. Screens are a little small for doing anything serious on a netbook.

Remember that netbooks tend to offer lower performance than that provided by a laptop, simply because of size, power and heat limitations.

My ma wants a Notebook for christmas, are they any good?

She mainly wants to use it for browsing, ordering grocery stuff from likes of Tesco or Asda and maybe online banking.

Are they worth it? If so anyone recommend a particular make?

Notebook and Laptop are the same thing (essentially).

I guess you meant NETbook? Some of them are canny tbh.
