    Aye, hes was always going to go when he failed last season to take them up. Seems a bit daft getting rid like but from afar there always seemed to be something not right with him and the board there.

    I am sure they had a points deduction last season and still finished in the top half. The owners of this club are clueless. The current chairman has banned all press from taking any photographs inside the ground on matchday, i know the sun calls them the south coast club now because of this. Pardew is a good manager and did a good job at Saints. What they need is a owner who loves the club e.g Niall, someone like Le Tissier who could get a consortium up and running for the good of the club, because the current chairman and previous chairman rupert lowe are clueless
