Agree with everything (except about Crouch being ideal).
We are in desperate need of someone who can create and right now N'Zogbia is as good as anyone we can get and at a very reasonable price.
A striker who can link up the midfield and attack is also crucial. Whether this should be a Robbie Keane type link up player or more of a target man i'm not sure.
Mingolet doesn't look ready for Premiership football. If Gordon is to return before the end of September then perhaps we can risk it, any longer than that and we need a keeper in.
Other than that it's all about allowing the new players time to settle in to the squad and learn to play together.
