2nd interviews
does a 2nd interview normally mean you'll be offered the job?
been invited back for the 2nd interview with the plant manager for a tour off the plant. wats other peoples experince off a 2nd interview?

Depends what the job is.
I'm having a 2nd interview on Wednesday and they're flying me to Toronto. Unfortunately they're also flying 2 others there and will narrow it down from 3 to 2. They will then fly each of the 2 to the UK for 2 days before making their decision. In the past, I've ben offered the job at a second interview a couple of times but it's more of then the 3rd.

I got a second interview once. I never got the job. In fact I was pretty sure that the main interviewer (there was two) had decided about half way through said interview I wasn't getting the job.
