I've seen him play quite a bit over the last couple of years and he's a decent player when he's bothered, but Inter looking for £30m and Manchester City reportedly offering £23m for him is extortionate, IMO.

He's a sulky teenager who falls out with managers, players and fans on what seems to be a daily basis and his attitude is absolutely scandalous.

It's a massive risk by Mancini IMO and even though money's no object to Sheikh Mansour, if Balotelli goes to City for anywhere near that price and flops it would be a disaster for Mancini.

Personally, I feel they'd be better off looking at other targets for that high a price.

I don't know alot about it like but wasn't mancini the one who kind of controlled him? I know he fell out with mourinho but i'm sure the paper was saying the two of them had a good relationship and thats why he wanted to try and bring him to city. The lads a good player like.

They want him to play out wide, so their team would be...

    Given
    Boateng Toure Lescott Kolarov
    Toure De Jong
    Balotelli Tevez Silva
    Dzeko

Great player, he would be one of the best strikers in the world in a few years. But he would want to sign for AC Milan in a year or two and he will go on strike if City won't let him go.

AC Milan are skint..They have been begging for Robinho the whole summer but can´t find the money.
As for Balotelli he´ll do what Mancini says..or else he´ll be benched forever.
