Roll out of bed at 7.25/7.30. Out the door at 7.40.

But I cycle to work and so shower etc when I get there.

Up 6:45ish, out the door 7:35ish. Shower, dress, breakfast, brush teeth in those 50 mins.

this morning i woke up and was on the bus stand within 15 mins
usually about 25mins
before i cut my hair it was nigh on an hour gettin it straightenned n stuff

Depends on what shift I am working. But normally I wake up and lie/wank in bed watching GMTV for 15 mins, then get showered and ready within 15-20 mins and then I am out of the door.
