I'm off to have a look at this tonight. Anyone go to the last one? Apparently they are a monthly occurance.

Yes, the last one was very good. Professional, affordable and, most importantly, funny. You can also find a review of it here.
I'll not be there tonight (McIntyre at The Alex, instead) but I imagine it'll be another good show.

Meant to be a good night, and if people ask nicely, I can get them a code for 2 for 1 tickets for tonight (providing tickets haven't been bought already).
Held in the hospitality suite rather than the stage, which means it is more comfortable. Andy Fury is behind it somehow, IIRC. |

Seems to be a growing number of comedy gigs appearing in Sunderland which can only be a good thing. The more things like this that become established the more reason for people to put their money into this city instead of the one up the road. Might see about getting a beat poetry night going in my costa coffee.
