Amazing how everyone keeps blaming Spain for being boring when every team has played 11 men behind the ball against them.
If Spain had played us they would have scored 4 or 5 cos we wouldn't have done that tactic, they already have done to any team that hasn't tried to park the bus against them before the tournament, and fair enough, football is winning games not having the best goal difference.
Spain have been the best team in the world for quite a while now, they still won the world cup carrying Torres (akin to us winning with Rooney world cup form), they are now joint Euro and World cup champions.
To not see how good that team is shows a person up for their lack of knowledge imo.
The real curse of English football is the fans, how can we ever keep the ball like Spain when everytime our team (England or club) has the ball for more than 3 seconds the crowds starts screaming if it isn't in the opposition box?
Attack! Attack! Attack!
Thrills not skills for us!!!
