    Webb would have been instructed not to send anyone off too quickly, this game was reffed differently to normal games. To compare Webbs performance with Heskey's sums up this thread.

    I think the Spanish and especially the Dutch made Howard Webb's job almost impossible tonight. Ok he should have sent of De Jong however if he had sent off 5 players everyone on here would be slagging him off for that saying he was attention seeking. Thought he done really well in a very difficult situation.
