Who's off to the races tomorrow then ??
Bus load of us go every year followed by a piss up in Wakefield after.

Oh and a few tips from those in the know wouldn't go amiss

20 of us going from Sunderland - great day out. Top tip - eating is cheating when on a monster ale session!!!!!

1. Be in Wetherspoons for your large Farmhouse Breakfast prior to 10am.

2. Give special attention to anything from Fahey / Hannigan.

Not far from train station. Out station turn right and follow road as it bears left, Wetherspoons is at the top of the street ( 2 minutes from train station).

It will be packed by 10am latest if you are wanting breakfast.

cannot abide spoons - beer is shite. canny breakfast tho

Is it the one on the corner at the junction, just by the bar wall, used to be The Punchbowl.
