Well yes, they do but today they seem to be moving a little quicker, no smoke or chat breaks, strange.

Wonder if they have had a telling off, or maybe the budget and potential job cuts is making them put a little more effort in.

Maybe its the sun and they want to get home to do a bit of gardening.

Cant think of any other reason for an early finish today, can you, are you, do you have one of those heads coming on?

The council were visibly out in force just prior to the elections here but I've barely seen one since.

The ones where I work are topper, you dont see them for yonks so we decide to mow the grass ourselves and its guaranteed they come round the next day and just zip over it with their mowers then fuck off.

Once is fair enough, but its happening constantly.
