Gervinho -Just they type of Striker/Winger we need?

Before anyone says I know it's the Mail but I've thought this Summer if we are going to bring a Centre Forward in, it really needs to be a lad who can also play on the wing.

I was impressed with Gervinho in the 1 game I've seen him play and the other obvious Striker who can also play in midfield we've been linked with is Tuncay (Obviously a different type of player though).

Any other suggestions on Striker/Wingers we should be looking to bring in?

Because Lille is a hotter climate?

Apoligies about the seb thread here I didn't see the other one, although this post was as much about any striker/wingers we should be interested in as much as just the Gevinho link.

He was bought for 8m euros in 2009 and had a very good season. They would want 12-15m for him and we'll have to fight against other teams for his signature. I can't see him in a Sunderland shirt.

Oh right, so it's just your opinion; I thought you knew something we didn't.

Your right though, unless of cource we have offered the 'stepping stone' service we seem to be offering; according to wiki it's his dream to play for Arsenal; he'd need to prove he was good enough on english soil first IMO.

They wont get that for him and would be lucky to get over 10 million Euros in my opinion. Absolute maximimum would be 12 million Euros which at just over 10 million pounds we might be prepared to stretch too.

Pretty soon we will field an entire team that wants to play for Arsenal.
