My computer is running very slow, im looking for add remove programs and cant find it.

Any help will be appreciated.

What OS are you using?
For XP it is in the Control Panel

type msconfig into the search an have a look at whats running on the start up tab uncheck anything that isnt essential like itunes etc. Download and install advanced system care and use the smart ram to free up memory which should help- use the other utilities on the programme to clean up your system while your at it reg. clean, defrag etc. Dont know what security you are using but some of them take up a lot of resource so try something like avast if your not already using it
