Newquay ~ Good night out? Any advice?

Mate's stag do is in newquay next month... is it any good? any advice on places to drink / eat and places to avoid...

It use to be great, 7/8 years ago it was hardly known and too far south for most people to go. A great holiday there, relaxed atmosphere, stunning girls, great nightlife with no trouble.

Then sadly it became well known and turned in to a Cornish Blackpool.

You still get a few weeks where its full of A Level and Uni students on a cheap summer camping holiday when the place has a different atmosphere - you may catch that if your lucky.

Avoid Sailors etc....

went the other week, fucking bedlem. It was like Beirut. Plenty of fanny all over the place mind. Try and get a number of the taxi drivers, some do a fixed rate depending on where you're stopping and it's easier than waiting for a taxi on the rank.

it was a good family holiday location, not now and you're right with the Cornish Blackpool.

Mate, its an absolute Sausage Fest! I went last year and there is about 20 blokes for every woman.

I was on holiday down there a couple of years ago. Drove into Newquay took one look at it and drove straight on.
