This transfer window is going to be exciting, isn't it?
For the first time in a while, I've no real idea of a) how much money we'll spend, b) who we're after and c) how having an actual scouting network will effect the club.
Would love to see us go and get another proven goalscorer and a creative midfielder.

We're also in the position that we're the smallest number of good signings away from being where we want to be since I can remember.

Centre half, right back, left back and a creative midfielder for me.
We can add in January if we need a right winger, left winger and another forward.
Campbell and Waghorn will add cover upfront so I dont see another forward as a must.

what i find good is that because of the world cup i havent really give loads of thought about transfers and probably wont until world cup has finished, so by that time there is only a few weeks of listening to bull shit transfer news like robbie keane etc and also only a few weeks of excitment of waiting for people to sign, aye, my life is that sad

No-one does but it currently looks like it won't be much more than we bring in. Riveros cost very little and the other two we currently look like signing Mignolet and Angeleri are costing around 2 million. Unless we spend a fortune on a centre half and possibly a left back I can't see us spending much at all.

It is nice to be able not to think about the summer transfers as much. I don't mind the bullshit rumours personally as it's something I can talk about football wise when there is no football but I do prefer to actually watch games and by quite a large amount
