    Default Protein (gym)

I've been going to the gym regular for about a year now, and although my body has changed a lot in the past year i have been slacking a bit in the past few months and want to take it more serious again.

Can anyone recommend me a good protien to buy off myprotien.com or somehow else for? or can recommend anything else also.

    cheers.

If you want to lose weight and tone-up I'd really recommend a PHD stack.
