He has a right to be pissed off though.

Had he scored that he would have gone ahead of Rooney as Premier League Top Goalscorer and he said in an interview during the week that he and Lampard had an agreement that Drogba would take any penalties they were given against Wigan.

Lampard has obviously gone back on his word.

apparently the manager stated before the game that if they got a penalty, he wanted lampard to take it, and rightly so. Lampard is their penalty taker and, at 1-0 up, sealing the title is much, much more important than keeping some transvestite looking prima donna happy by letting him get nearer to being the leagues top scorer. Dont think lampard went back on his word, he was just overruled by the manager who was making the right decision

Or Ancelotti cares more about winning the title than one of his players to win an individual award, and thus gave the order that Lampard will be taking the pens.

Ah, that's fair enough then mate. I didn't realise that Ancelotti had said he wanted Lampard to take it. Nowt that can be done by Lampard if that's the case.

Well I heard that if Chelsea got a penalty Lampard would still take it!!

What if Drogba took it, missed and Wigan equalised and it finished 1-1??

It's a team game surely? If Drogba had any balls he would concentrate on his game and job and score himself
