Sorry if SEB but our erstwhile Quinny replacement, apparently refused a transfer to a Russian club - whose supporters purportedly have a fondness for our woolen bretheren - because the 100,000 dollar a week wages wasn't enough.

I think it was more to do with the fact that the town the team was based around the Chechen border and where there have been some ocurences of kidnappings of westerners
