Ps3 as its free to play online and you'll get exactly the same out of it.

The original call of duty (Pc only) was immense.

Yeah, the first one was amazing at the time. Didn't get the recognition it deserved cos it was PC only though. Nice to see Brecourt make a return in MW2 though, ace map!

Also the PS3 version is absolutely riddled with bugs atm, trophies knacked and so are invites! The latter is a disgrace.

I have it on both consoles and both look the same with possibly the ps3 shading it. However when it comes to online multiplayer the xbox version is far far superior! This is purely down to xbox live. PSN is way behind, its almost impossible to join or invite friends,you wait ages to join games and the whole server has been down most of the day.
Im not a fan boy either way, the ps3 is a great multi media system but for online play the 360 wipes the floor with it. Don't be fooled when people say psn is as good as xbox live it isn't. You get what you pay for.

The company Activision use for their hosting has never had anything like the amount of connections they've had for MW2. The invites is down to Infinity Ward. So its hardly Sony or the PSNs fault, all on activision/infinity ward.

Yeah it went up the day MW2 came out, you got to download it for free if you got the Hardened or Prestige editions.

Whether its Activision or Infinity Wards fault its a problem that only affects PSN and not Xbox Live which handles much more connections. You are kidding yourself if you think that PSN is as good as Xbox Live. As I say I have both consoles and like them both but online the 360 is far superior.
