I loved World at War and playing it didn't turn me into a sociopath or owt, but I must admit that I was pretty shocked to see cutscenes of actual people being actually killed in between the bits where you have to kill virtual people.

That scene looks pretty shocking, especially when you consider that kids will inevitably end up playing it.

Looks like a fairly pathetic attempt to stir up publicity for the game. I wouldn't be surprised if it was missing from the final release version.

Even so, pretty shocking and if this is first person play, not narrative, it would serve them right if they had to pull the game and reissue it at great cost.

(I hasten to add, being over 35 and a father of two I don't play computer games any more so reserve the right to moralise about them instead.)

Being over 35 and a father myself I still play computer games, but I have to agree with you, that is a pretty shocking level, however I have just discovered that this part of the game is optional and there are warnings prior to it beginning...

still doesn't excuse it though, it just seems an excercise in violence for the sake of violence...
