Im toying with this like, is it a right arse on play online stuff etc? and is there any particualr way of burning games? or just downoad and go

Alrite mate, you will need Dual Layer DVD Disks, I use the Verbatim DL from Signapore off Ebay £10.99 for £10 not had 1 coaster yet.

You will also need a program called AGBx360 which tells you if the game is stealthed, one you have stealthed the game you then need to burn the iso image using Imgburn search google for it.

Once you have the discs, and you have stealthed the game, you need to burn at a speed of 2.4, normally takes about 40 minutes.

Hope I got this right, can anybody add anything to this?

Well two things

you need a LOT of storage. I've had to delete loads off my 1.5Tb HDD to make room for some new'uns

And you also need (well, perhaps not need, but it's recommended) a good DVD writer. It's pointless having a shite one which is going to give you more coasters than successful burns.

The Pioneer 216D is an excellent drive for reliability.

Also- MAKE SURE YOU SET THE LAYERBREAK IN IMGBURN, from what i've seen it's the most common fault when burning games

Some burners will only burn at 4x minimum, with good media this is normally okay.

If you use agbx it will create an .dvd file for you, burn this .dvd file in imgburn and the layerbreak will be set for you.

on that xbox360iso forum there is a bloke selling them for £2, seems pointless burning them ya sell at that price

Correct. Imgburn will even auto-change to the .dvd file if present when you try to load an iso.

Aye but if you want it to play straight away(ish) better off doing it yourself

I followed the advice off Town End Farmer Giles and use the following services

subscription - astraweb
download software - grabit
newsgroup download - merlins portal

normally downloads a game within a hour or so depending on connection only 11 dollars a month
