All cars can endanger lives.
In this instance some people got wet, that's all we know for sure.
(granted, they were probably speeding, but we don't know for certain.)
Reckless driving? possibly, but as no-one was hurt, points and a small fine should suffice. Yes she
could have ploughed into a crowd of nuns on their way to prayers, but she didn't so shouldn't be villified/ treated as if she had.
