    Did I not hear a few years back that the council has hundreds of millions of pounds in savings just sitting there doing nowt? Anyone care to confirm/not confirm?

    It's baffling how they can spend well over £300million on 'Children's Services' every year. I mean, why is there such a bias towards that?
