I normally find them great - not a huge fan of dairy though so it's a struggle to eat them daily and it takes a few days to kick in. Fibresure works wonders - the ladies swimming under water ad( another strange concept for needing a shit) but i can't seem to find anywhere that's selling it.
Eh, what I'd give for a panblocker now
