Can login to Parsnip and readytogo but not SMB I get an error display and a window asking if I want to download the file

A totally off the point question but why on some people's username, monkeyhangers for example, is there no avatar, join date, posting level or online/offline button?

so if we don't visit in a 2 month period we dissapear?!! what if someone goes travelling or something, or takes a break (like cartwright needs to)? they lose their username - can they retrieve it?
