My personal favourites are hot chicken (so that the butter melts) or ham and pease pudding (preferably warm pease pudding)

    Ham and pease pudding
    Cheese savoury :P
Or ripping lumps off a stotty with a git big bowl of broth and dumplings :D
I think out of all the things I miss about Sunderland (family, friends, SAFC), the stotty ranks right up there

Cheese savoury mix from Greggs for me. Close second would be ham and pease pudding.

Do Greggs still do the cheese savoury????

Bassa's I've been wanting a good old stotty cake with Ham & Pease Pudding for years, alas you can't get anything like them over here in Oz......

Anyone know another name for them I always get strange looks when trying to describe them to the bakery ??
