    Default Quark

Just a little tip for those that dont know about it.

About 80p for a 250g tub from Asda.
    Per 100g:
    69 kCal
    12g Protein
    4.1g Carbs (0 sugars)
    0.2g Fat

I have a tub before a gan to bed. Ideal for a slow release protein source.

Its alright if you mix a options sachet in it or have it with a banana and chopped nuts and maple syrup.
